摘要 以SolidWorks软件建立矿用平动椭圆矿用筛的数字样机简化模型,并利用ADAMS虚拟样机分析方法,在样机启动到稳定工作状态下,得出矿用筛箱体的运动规律。通过同理论值进行比较,分析结果表明应用虚拟样机所得结果与理论值大致吻合,印证了仿真结果的准确性。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对矿用筛箱体进行静力分析与动强度分析,确定箱体各结点处位移、应力分布规律。针对分析结果,提出箱体设计中存在的缺陷及其薄弱环节,从而为实验样机的制备提供借鉴。 A mine-used balanced elliptical mining sieve digital prototype model is established by using SolidWorks Software. The movement law of mining sieve box is obtained by using ADAMS virtual prototype analysis method while the prototype to start under steady state. Comparing with the theoretical values,the analysis shows that the results obtained from the virtual prototype system are in good agreement with the theoretical values,the accuracy of simulation analysis results is verified. The static analysis and dynamic strength analysis of mine vibrating screen frame is analysed by using ANSYS software,the distribution rule of all the nodes displacement and dynamic stress were identified by finite element analysis. According to the results of analysis,the defects and weak links in the design of the box are put forward,thus providing reference for the preparation of the experimental prototype.
