摘要
钻井振动筛能否实现良好的性能,取决于基本参数的选择。文章对抛掷指数、筛面倾角、激振频率、振幅、振型、振动方向角、筛网以及工艺参数对振动筛处理量和固相运移速度的影响做了探讨和理论分析,并提出了相应参数的选择参考值,为振动筛的设计和使用提供理论依据。
The capability of a drilling fluid shale shaker depends on its basic parameters selecting. The main factors such as throwing index, the angle of the deck, exciting frequency, vibrating range, vibrating pattern, vibrating angle, vibrating screen,technology parameters, etc, that affect the flow capacity and solids conveyance speed of the shaker are analyzed, and the choice of dynamic and technology parameters of the shaker is discussed systematically, the results will be of significance to the design and using of a shale shaker.
