摘要
利用潜在剖面分析法和辨别分析法对374名初中生社会支持的类型进行考察,探讨不同社会支持类型初中生的特点,分析社会支持类型对学习动机、学习策略和学业成绩的影响。结果表明:1)初中生社会支持分为亲密型、若即若离型和疏离型三种,三者的社会支持程度由高到低排列。2)社会支持的三种类型对学习动机、学习策略和学业成绩有显著影响。亲密型、若即若离型和疏离型三种类型初中生的学习动机、学习策略和学业成绩存在显著差异。
In order to overcome the shortage of cluster analysis which often lacks statistical indices to assist the choice of a final type' s solution when analyzing multidimensional data like social support, this study explored types of social support for middle school students by means of latent profile analysis. On the other hand, this study not only investigated the relationship between social supports and students' learning motivation and strategies as well as academic performance from the perspectives of variable level, but also examined the influence of different types of social support on students' learning motivation and strategies, and academic performance from the perspectives of individual differences. 374 students from one middle school participated in a questionnaire survey which included a perceived social support scale, a learning strategy questionnaire, a working motivation inventory and students' academic performances which were measured by their mid-term test scores. In order to obtain a reliable classification of types of social support, latent profile analysis was employed. The results showed that social support for middle school students could be classified into three major types, namely, the intimacy type, the lukewarm relationship type and the family alienation type. Discrimination analysis was applied to verify the validity of such classifications of social support types. The results indicated that it is feasible as well reliable and accurate to use latent profile analysis to categorize types of social support. The results also showed that middle school students of the intimacy type had the highest social support, which accounted for 61% of the students tested; students of the family alienation type had the lowest social support, which accounted for 3. 7% of the students tested; while the students of the lukewarm relationship type had the intermediate social support, which accounted for 35.3 % of the students tested.
