摘要
以某供水工程发生的PCCP管爆管事故为例,在水锤计算和PCCP管结构动力学计算的基础上,对爆管原因进行了分析。提出该系统安装的单向调压塔可将最大停泵水锤压力限制在管道设计承压能力以下,水锤压力引起的PCCP管结构动力响应也在管道能够承受的范围内,而环境因素造成的管道腐蚀进而导致管道实际承压能力下降才是造成管道破裂的真正原因。因此,对于采用PCCP管的长距离供水系统来说,除了应采取合理的水锤防护措施外,还应根据管道的运行环境,设置合理的管道防腐措施。
Taking a PCCP bursting occurred in one water supply project as an example,the reason for the bursting is analyzed based on calculation of water hammer and dynamic calculation of pipeline structure.It is proposed that the one-way surge tanks installed in this system can reduced the maximum water hammer pressure to within the limit of the pipeline designed pressure,and the structural dynamic response of PCCP pipe due to water hammer pressure is also within the limits that pipeline can withstand.However,the real cause for the pipeline bursting is pipeline corrosion caused by environmental factors,which leads to the decrease of the actual pressure-bearing capacity of the pipe.Therefore,for the long distance water supply system using PCCP pipe in,not only the reasonable protective measures for water hammer should be installed,but also the reasonable anti-corrosion measures according to the operating environment should be set.
