PCCP复式碳纤维加固1∶1模型试验研究

摘要 针对PCCP的预应力钢丝断裂数目增多给PCCP运行带来的安全隐患问题,提出了PCCP复式碳纤维加固技术。在原型PCCP内壁进行了现场测试,证实了PCCP复式碳纤维加固技术的可行性。试验采用电阻应变片和光纤两种测量手段,监测了1∶1模型在内水压力作用下断丝对PCCP内壁混凝土及碳纤维的影响。试验结果表明:与传统碳纤维加固方案相比,对4 m管径的PCCP采用内壁复式碳纤维加固方案可提高碳纤维的拉应力水平约4~5倍。 Fracture increase of PCCP's prestressed steel wire would bring hidden danger to PCCP operation.The composite carbon fiber reinforcement technology for PCCP was put forward.The test in inner wall of prototype PCCP was carried out and the feasibility of the composite carbon fiber reinforcement technology for PCCP was proved.In the test,resistance strain gauge and optical fiber were used to monitor the effect of wire breaking on concrete and carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)of 1:1 model under internal water pressure.The test results showed that the tensile stress level of carbon fiber of PCCP with diameter of 4 m can increase 4 to 5 times through composite car⁃bon fiber reinforcement compared with the traditional carbon fiber reinforcement scheme.
