摘要
目的:分析抗菌药物的应用情况,指导临床合理用药。方法:对我院2009年2752份病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本次调查抗菌药物使用率为55.85%,其中联合用药占13.21%;抗菌药物使用目的中,预防性用药占51.66%,治疗性用药占34.29%;治疗性用药中经验性用药占88.99%,标本病原学检查送检率只占11.01%,送检标本的病原菌检出率为86.21%。使用的抗菌药物为10类31种,使用频次最高的为β-内酰胺类抗生素,其中注射用头孢西丁钠、注射用头孢硫脒使用金额排名前2位。抗菌药物使用时间最长28天,最短1天,平均使用时间7.8天。结论:我院抗菌药物使用率高于卫生部规定指标,且存在不合理使用抗菌药物及忽视病原学检查现象,临床医生应进一步提高合理使用抗菌药物的意识。
Objective：To analyze antibacterial agent and to guide rational clinical application. Methods： 2752 case reports from N anchong TCM Hospital in 2009 were analyzed. Results： Antibacterial usage accounts for 55.85% in all, including 13.21% of combined medication, In the purpose of medication, 51.66% were preventive medication, 34.29% were therapeutic medication, among which 88.99% were based on experience. Specimen submission rate was only 11.01% pathogenic examination and specimen detection rate was 86.21% for pathogens. 31 antibiotics from 10 types were used. 13-1actamas antibiotics were the most frequently used ones with cefoxitin sodium and cephalosporins injection the top two in terms of ehpenses. Average medication duration is 7.8 days with the lon- gest 28 days and the shortest one day. Conclusion： Antibacterial usage rate at Nanchong TCM is higher than that＇s regulated by the Ministry of Health. There were also indications of improper antibacterial prescription and the negligence in pathogens. Doctors need to increase the awareness for rational antibacterial usage.
