海洋钻井用旋转支撑转盘液压传动设计 被引量:9

摘要 机械驱动旋转支撑转盘存在传动链长、部件多、整机质量大、在钻井平台布置困难等问题。设计了液压驱动的旋转支撑转盘,低速大扭矩液压马达安装在常规转盘输入轴端,采用先进的闭式液压控制系统和远程电液比例控制方案。在海洋钻井平台的应用表明,该转盘体积小,质量轻,拆装布置方便,便于实现精确和智能控制,满足了海洋钻井的工艺要求。 Hydraulic rotary support device has been designed because rotary support device being driven by machinery had some problems,such as long transmission chain,more parts,large quality,and its layout difficulty in offshore drilling platform.High torque hydraulic motor was installed in input shaft of the conventional rotary table directly.The scheme of advanced closed type hydraulic system and electronic proportional remote control was used.The application on offshore drilling platform showed that its small size,light weight,convenient disassembly and arrangement,convenient for accurate and intelligent control,and its performance fully meet requirements of offshore drilling platform.
