摘要
针对目前小修井作业在倒扣、磨铣等作业中存在的问题,研制了适合于小修井作业的液压转盘。该液压转盘主要结合小修井作业现场条件,利用通井机提供的液压源作为动力源,设计制作了小型液压控制操作系统,将该控制系统串联在通井机液压钳的供油路上,液压油驱动液压马达转动,从而带动整体转盘转动和井内管柱旋转。现场应用情况表明,该液压转盘体积小,运输和安装方便,适合小修现场的倒扣打捞、磨铣落物、修套等工序施工,拓宽了小修井作业范围,提升了小修井作业的能力。
Considering the problem existing in the back-off and milling operations of current small-scale workover,a hydraulic rotary table was developed.The rotary mainly refers to the specific conditions of the small-scale workover site,using the hydraulic source provided by the tractor hoist as the power supply and designing and manufacturing the small-size hydraulic control operation system.The control system is connected in series to the oil-supply route of the tractor hoist's hydraulic pincers,with the hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic motor to rotate,so as to cause the whole rotary and borehole pipe string to rotate.The field application indicates that the hydraulic rotary is small in size,convenient in transportation and installment and suitable for many operations in the small-scale workover site,such as back-off fishing,milling fishes and casing repair,widening the operation range of small-scale workover and improving the small-scale workover capacity.
