Workover technology for horizontal wells

摘要 由于大庆油田水平井井身结构的特殊性,以及在水平井的修复上除了具有水平井一般难度外,还具有井眼尺寸小、井眼曲率大、水平段长等特殊性。为了解决大庆油田水平井的修复难题,对常见水平井的事故类型和技术难度进行了分析,从而研究应用了水平井解卡打捞、钻磨铣和连续冲砂修井作业技术。现场共应用24口井,成功率达到100%,为今后水平井故障井的治理提供了借鉴作用。 Due to the specificity of wellbore structure of horizontal wells in Daqing Oilfield,there are some specific problems for the horizontal well repair apart from general difficulties,such as small size of wellbore,large bore hole curvature and long horizontal section.In order to solve the horizontal well repair problems in Daqing Oilfield,the stuck releasing and fishing technology,drilling&milling and continuous sand washing workover operation for horizontal wells were studied through analyzing the common accidents and technical problems of horizontal wells.It has been applied in 24 wells,with 100%success rate,which can be taken as a reference for workover in horizontal wells with failures.
