关注儿童炎症性肠病的诊断策略 被引量：3

摘要 炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease，IBD）是一组原因不明的慢性肠道炎性疾病，主要包括溃疡性结肠炎（UC）与克罗恩病（CD），部分为未定型结肠炎（IC）。UC又称非特异性UC，病变主要限于大肠黏膜与黏膜下层。CD为一种慢性肉芽肿性炎症，病变可累及整个胃肠道，
