摘要
对挪威云杉EST序列的SSR进行研究,结果表明:4 164条无冗余EST序列中,SSR的出现频率是7.39%,其平均分布频率为7.35 kb,平均长度为15.39 bp;三、四核苷酸是主要的重复类型,二者出现的频率占总SSR的73.29%;AG/CT、AGG/CCT、AAAG/CTTT分别是二、三、四核苷酸中的优势重复类型。
SSR in EST of Picea abies was studied.The results showed that SSRs accounted for 7.37% in 4 164 non-redundant ESTs.The average distribution distance and length of the EST-SSRs were about 7.35 kb and 15.39 bp,respectively;Trinucleotide and tetranucleotide were the major types,accounting for 73.29% of all the SSRs;AG/CT,AGG/CCT and AAAG/CTTT were the dominant motifs for dinucleotide,trinucleotide and tetranucleotide repeats,respectively.
