摘要 稻瘟病是水稻的主要病害之一,抗病品种的选育是防治稻瘟病的主要途径。微卫星DNA分子标记(SSR)为辅助选育抗稻瘟病水稻新品种和抗性鉴定提供了新的思路。本研究介绍了SSR的原理和方法,并对其在水稻抗稻瘟病研究中的应用作了阐述,为揭示稻瘟病的分子遗传机理奠定了基础。 Rice blast disease,caused by Pyricularia Krisea Sacc. ,is one of the most destructive diseases in the world. Breeding resistant cultivars is the most effective and economical way to control this disease. Microsatellites DNA (SSR) marker can be a new method to help us to select new resistant rice varieties to rice blast. Principle and the method of SSR marker was reviewed in this text ,and the developments on resistant rice to rice blast by SSR marker method was also discussed.
