摘要
在对板式楔横轧轧制过程分析的基础上,建立了楔横轧楔入轧制和展宽轧制过程中轧件变形的数学模型。探讨了轧制过程中轧件滚动半径的确定方法,对轧件端面移动理论进行了研究,建立了轧件端面移动数学模型。最后利用计算机动画技术,将楔横轧轧制过程中轧件成形过程进行模拟,实现了模拟轧制。
Based on the analysis of the process of plane type cross wedge rolling,the geometric model of workpiece forming has been established.The method of defining the rolling radius of workpiece has been introduced.The movement of the end of workpiece has been studied,and the mathematical model has been presented.The software package of real time animation of workpiece forming has been developed.
