摘要
采用三维弹塑性有限元模拟方法 ,研究轧件的附加变形———扭转变形、轴向拉伸不均匀变形和端面凹心随断面收缩率的变化规律 ,得到了在断面收缩率为 35 %左右时 ,轧件的附加变形最大的结论 。
Three-dimension elasto-plastic finite element method was adopted, the trends that the additional deformation including torsion, inhomogeneous tension along axial direction and concavity on the end of part changes as area reduction ratio increases have been studied. The conclusion is drawn that the additional deformation reaches peak value near 35% area reduction ratio. The results of concavity on the end of part obtained from finite element simulation were validated through rolling experiments.
