摘要
借助CAD软件完成了模型的建立,通过Deform3D软件对翅片管轧制过程的应变场进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,在轧制过程中,轧件的轴向应变引起轴向的延伸,轴向应变在轧件的外层主要表现为压应变,而在轧件的内壁主要表现为拉应变;切向扩展应变引起轧件内径变化,同时也使轧件产生轴向延伸;径向应变使翅片长高。
By virtue of CAD software, the model was established and strain fields of rolling process for high - type steel spiral finned tube were simulated by finite element numerical simulation software Deform3D. The results of simulation showed that the axial strain generated axial elongation, and the axial strain in outer layer was compressive strain, the axial strain in inner wall was tensile strain; the tangential strain caused the change of inner diameter, meanwhile it also caused axial elongation;the radial strain made the fin higher.
