高效翅片管的加工及传热性能的研究进展

摘要 翅片管是换热器的关键传热元件,近年来获得了迅速的发展。本文综述了传热管表面热结构加工方法及存在的不足,并综述了翅片管的成形工艺模拟和传热实验的研究现状,在此基础上,分析了换热器的发展趋势及三维翅片管的应用。 The finned tube is the key element of the heat exchanger, which has been developed rapidly. In this paper, we summarized the processing method of heat transfer structure on the surface of the tube and the existing problems. The research status of the forming process simulation and heat transfer experiment of the tube is also summarized. In addition, the development of the heat exchanger and the application of the three dimensional finned tube are also analyzed.
