摘要
将高岭土与白软蜡按1∶2的比例进行混合,结合实际生产,对整体型高螺旋翅片管轧制过程进行了物理模拟。模拟结果证实了轧制过程中的轧件受到切向应力、轴向应力及径向应力;物理模拟中蜡泥模型内壁网格的应变计算与数值模拟结果基本相符,说明了轧制过程中,管坯的各个部位不存在集中的大应变区,轧制过程比较稳定。
The kaolin and soft white wax was mixed in the proportion of 1:2.Physical simulation of rolling for high-type steel spiral finned tube was finished according to actual production.The simulation results verified that the workpiece was born tangential stress,axial stress and radial stress during rolling process;the strain calculation based on the meshes of inwall of physical model was coincident with numerical simulation and every part of workpiece did not have severe strain zone,the rolling process was stable.
