摘要
方法:应用高脂饲料喂养加腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病肾病模型,设正常组、模型组、肾糖颗粒组、洛汀新组、肾糖加洛汀新组,采用放射免疫法检测大鼠尿白蛋白(ALB)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)及血清IL-1β含量,采用对硝基酚比色法测定N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)含量。结果:显示肾糖颗粒可降低模型大鼠IL-1β含量,并且减少大鼠尿中的ALB、α1-MG、NAG来改善肾功能。结论:肾糖颗粒可通过降低血清IL-1β含量,进而保护肾脏,延缓疾病进展。
In this paper, the prescription of sugar granules on the diabetic kidney serum interleukin - 113 (IL - 1β) and to explore the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in rats. Methods The high fat diet plus intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) model for the establishment of diabetic nephropathy, and normal group, model group, renal sugar particle group, benazepril group, the new group of renal glucose Jialuo Ting, radioimmunoassay Detection of urinary albu- min (Alb) , α1 - microglobulin ( ctl - MG) and serum IL - 113 content of nitrophenol colorimetric assay using N - acetyl - 13 - D - glucosaminidase ( NAG ) content. The results showed that sugar particles can reduce the model of renal IL - β levels in rats and to reduce rat urine ALB, cxl - MG, NAG to improve renal function. Conclusion Renal sugar particles can reduce serum IL - β levels, thus protecting the kidney, slow disease progression.
