摘要 针对CCD图像传感器具有光谱响应宽、动态范围大、几何精度高、便于与计算机连接并进行数字化处理等优点,介绍了CCD技术在视频监控、尺寸测量、零件表面检测、温度场检测分析等方法的主要特点及其工业应用情况,分析了CCD技术在煤炭工业中的应用与研究现状,提出了其在煤矿井下对高温危险点、煤尘、瓦斯浓度、运动部件的尺寸、运动参数、重要设备的运行状态监测及对煤矿机械大型高温锻件在线测量等方面的广阔应用前景。 According to the CCD image sensor with the advantages of wide spectrum response,large dynamic scope,high geometric accuracy,easy connection with computer and digitalized processing,the paper introduced the main features of the CCD technology in the video monitoring and control,the dimension measurement,the surface inspection of the parts,the diction and analysis of the temperature field and other methods and introduced the applications of the CCD technology to the industries.The paper analyzed the application and the present status of the CCD technology in coal industry.The paper provide the wide application outlook of the CCD technology to the monitoring and measuring on the high temperature danger location,the coal dust and gas content,the size of the motion parts,the motion parameters and the important equipment operation status as well as the online measuring of the large and high temperature forge piece for the mine machinery.
