摘要
针对现代纺织要求棉条粗细均匀,从而对自调匀整装置的检测精度要求越来越高的现状,对CCD的工作原理和检测系统构成进行了分析,提出了利用CCD的非接触检测特点,将CCD用于梳棉机自调匀整装置中,可以避免对被测物的损伤。并构建了基于CCD的自调匀整检测系统,分别对有无CCD的自调匀整装置的匀整效果进行了实验分析,利用Markov模型对棉条粗细变化进行预测,证实了CCD检测能显著提高自调匀整装置的匀整效果。
