摘要
目的探索适合内科护理学技能考核的新方法,促进学生临床能力的提高。方法结合客观结构化临床考试方法和合作学习模式,采用模拟情境小组考核法,对117名护理专业学生的临床护理技能进行考核,并调查其效果。结果 99名(84.6%)学生考核成绩在中等以上;回收的107份有效问卷中,大多数学生认为考核有利于各项临床能力的提高。结论该考核方法促进了理论与实践的结合,密切了师生联系,有助于学生临床综合能力的提高。
Objective To explore a new skill assessment method in Medical Nursing,in order to promote nursing students' clinical comprehensive ability. Methods A convenience sample of 117 nursing students received a new skill assessment method with the combination of objective structured clinical examination and cooperative learning. A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the students' evaluation on the new assessment method. Results The scores of 99 students(84.6 percent) were above the middle level. Among 107 students,the majority of the students thought that the new skill assessment could promote their clinical abilities. Conclusion The new skill assessment method can promote the combination of theory and practice,strengthen the contact of teachers and students,and improve nursing students' clinical comprehensive ability.
