摘要
随着我国石油工业的快速发展,对石油套管的需求逐年增多,对其性能的要求也进一步提高。介绍了中海石油金洲管道有限公司研发的非调质N80钢级HFW套管的化学成分设计、金相组织、生产工艺路线、核心技术和控制要点、产品性能等。检验、试验结果表明:研发的非调质N80钢级HFW套管满足API Spec 5CT标准的要求,具有较高的冲击韧性,同时焊缝对沟槽腐蚀不敏感。
Along with the quick development of the domestic petroleum industry,the annual demand for oil casings is getting bigger and bigger,while requirements for performance of such pipes have been more stringent.Elaborated here in the assay are the main aspects of the HFW casing in the N80 non-quenched and tempered steel as developed by CNOOC Kingland Pipeline Co.,Ltd.,covering design of the chemical composition,the metallo-graphic structure,the manufacturing flow,the key techniques and critical control points,and the product per-formance,etc.Relevant inspection and test results show that the said HFW casing is up to the requirements as specified in API Spec.5CT,and in possession of rather high impact toughness as well as weld seam non-sensitivity to groove corrosion.
