摘要 42MnMo7钢在热轧状态下的组织为粗大上贝氏体、魏氏体、马氏体和珠光体,这些不良组织的存在使得材料的强度较高,韧性较差。42MnMo7钢热轧状态组织不良是由于钢种本身成分决定。该钢种的马氏体转变温度较低,空冷时发生贝氏体转变,冷却稍快时易发生马氏体转变。采用正火或回火或组合热处理可改善不良组织,但效果有限;调质可得到较好的韧性,但成本较高。 Under the hot rolling condition, the microstructures of tubing and coupling stock 42MnMo7 steel are course upper bainite, widmanstaten and pearlite, which made the material have high strength and lower toughness. The bad structure of 42MnMo7 steel is determined by its chemical composition. Martensite start points (Ms) is lower, which will cause bainite transition or martensite transition with air cooling. The normalizing or tempering or combination heattreatment have a small effect for the bad structure. Good toughness will be got if take quench and temper, but the cost is higher.
