摘要
通过对N80Q套管外折缺陷形态、金相组织和微区成分的分析,确定该缺陷的产生是由于热轧前管坯外表面存在裂纹缺陷,在随后的加热和变形过程中不断延伸和氧化,最终形成了螺旋状的外折缺陷。通过加强管坯的质量检查和控制,可有效防止该类缺陷的发生,保证套管的产品质量。
The cause for the outer surface fold of the N80 Q oil casing is identified by analysis of the morphology,microstructure and chemical composition of the defective area. The defect is in embryo as pre-rolling cracks on the outer surface of the bloom,and then gradually extended and oxidized during the reheating and deforming pro- cesses that follow,and finally developed into the said outer surface spiral fold. With strict quality inspection and control of the bloom,it is possible to effectively prevent occurrence of such defect so as to ensure the quality of the oil casing.
