摘要
从成分设计、冶炼、轧制及热处理工艺流程等方面,介绍了一种低屈强比低温管道用Gr6无缝钢管的生产方法:通过调整低温无缝钢管的化学成分,同时控制钢管的终轧温度,使管坯的变形在单项区的低温段完成。试验结果表明:用该方法生产出的低温管道用无缝钢管,其屈强比≤0.72,且力学性能、低温冲击韧性完全满足ASTM A 333/A 333M—2013标准要求。
Presented here in the article is the manufacturing method for the Gr6 low yield ratio seamless steel tube for low temperature-service piping, involving such main aspects as the chemical composition design, and the manufacturing process flows of melting, rolling and heat treatment. The workpiece deformation is fulfilled in low temperature section of the individual item zone by means of properly adjusting the chemical composition of the tube, and controlling the final-rolling temperature. Relevant test results show that the seamless steel tube for low temperature-service piping as produced with the above mentioned method is in possession of yield ratio ≤0.72, and the mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness as completely meeting the requirements under specification ASTM A 333/A 333M-2013.
