摘要
如何加强对高校基建项目进行监督管理,有效控制项目投资,是高校基建管理部门面临的一项重要课题。本文从项目决策、设计、发包、施工及竣工决算等阶段探讨如何对高校基建项目的全过程进行投资控制与管理。
How to strengthen the supervision and management of college capital construction project and effectively control the project investment is an important subject that management departments of college capital construction face.Based on the analysis of the various stages such as the project decision,engineering design,construction bid,engineering construction and final accounting of the completed project,this paper explores how to perform the whole process investment control and management for college capital construction project.
