摘要
高校基本建设项目的成本控制 ,是高校基本建设管理工作中十分重要的工作。当前高校基建规模较大 ,建设资金靠贷款 ,如何在保证工程质量的前提下 ,加强建设项目在实施过程中的投资控制 ,有效地节省建设资金 ,使有限的投入获得最大的效益 。
The project cost control is of great importance in the management of capital construction in colleges and universities. Since the constructions in many cases are of grand scale and their funds mainly come from loans, it is especially significant to monitor the investment control so as to effectively save the funds and make the greatest profits at the least costs.
