摘要
高校基本建设项目规模大,投资额度高,涉及面广,对其进行造价控制尤为重要.结合某高校新校区建设项目的实施,针对项目设计、工程量清单编制、工程招标、工程实施、结算阶段的控制措施,对高校基建项目的全过程控制进行了分析.
Capital construction projects of colleges have large scales, great investment and cover wide ranges. It is important to implement cost control of these projects. Combing new campus construction of some college, this paper, according to the control points during project design, establishment of bill of quantities, invitation for bids, construction and settlement, analyzes the entire process control of capital construction projects of colleges.
