摘要
目的探讨氟喹诺酮类药品不良反应（ADR）的临床表现特点及其分布规律。方法对我院报告的108例临床使用氟喹诺酮类药物治疗出现不良反应的患者采用回顾性调查与分析。结果男性患者明显多于女性患者（59对49）,发生年龄以21-60岁居多,占62.96%;不良反应主要在神经系统、过敏反应、皮肤;局部和口服的不良反应发生率明显低于肌内注射和静脉注射。结论临床上应用氟喹诺酮类药物时,需充分认识其不良反应发生情况,严格掌握其适应证、禁忌证,避免不合理的联合用药,从而能有效的预防、降低不良反应的发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and the distribution of adverse drug reactions by fluoroquinolones.Methods The data of total 108 cases with adverse reactions caused by fluoroquinolones were retrospectively investigated.Results Male patients were more than female patients（59 verse 49 cases）,and the age of onset mostly was 21 to 60 years old（62.96%）.The adverse reactions occurred mainly in the nervous system,allergic reactions and skin.The local and oral incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than intramuscular injection and intravenous injection.Conclusion The clinical application of fluoroquinolone drugs must consider the adverse reactions,and strictly control its indications,contraindications to avoid unreasonable combination therapy,so that the incidence of adverse reactionscan be effective prevented and decreased.
