摘要
目的观察眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,探讨眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤治疗的作用机制。方法健康SD大鼠,按体重随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和眼针组,除正常组外,其余各组再分为3、24、72 h 3个时间点,每组8只。应用线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,3 h眼针组于脑缺血再灌注即刻及取材前30 min进行眼针治疗;24、72 h眼针组每隔12 h治疗1次。模型组和眼针组于再灌注后3、24、72 h进行神经功能缺损评分,采用化学比色法测定大鼠血清SOD、MDA含量的变化。结果与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显下降,大鼠血清SOD含量增多,MDA含量减少(P<0.05)。结论眼针具有明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用,其机制与大鼠血清SOD、MDA变化有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of the eye acupuncture therapy on the levels of serum SOD and MDA in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the related mechanism. Methods Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into four groups., normal group, sham-operated control group, model group and eye-acupuncture group according to body weight. Sham-operated control group, model group and eye-acupuncture group were divided into the 3 h group, the 24 h group and the 72 h group, 8 rats in each group. The rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established by suture method. Eye-acupuncture was separately started immediately after reperfusion and at 30 min before sampling in the 3 h eye-acupuncture group, besides, eye-acupuncture was separately taken every 12 h in the 24 h eye-acupuncture group and in the 72 h eye-acupuncture group. At 3, 24, 72 h after reperfusion, the neurophysical behaviours were accessed by ZeaLonga neurophysical impairment marks in model group and eye-acupuncture group. The serum levels of SOD and MDA were measured by the chemical colorimetry. Results Compared with the model group, the neurologic impairment score of the eye-acupuncture group reduced obviously, the serum levels of SOD increasaed and MDA decreased in the eye-acupuncture group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The eye acupuncture therapy played a role in improving cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury evidently and the mechanism was related to the alteration of serum SOD and MDA levels.
