摘要
沿皮刺法,即针沿皮下针刺的一种方法,既可单独应用,亦可联合应用,在常规体针及微针系统中治疗疾病常用,临床应用广泛,笔者搜集以往文献分类陈述,以总结其临床应用体系,进而提炼优势病症,并探讨其可能的作用机制,旨在为临床针刺治疗相关疾病选择针刺方法提供相应参考。
Pricking along the skin, a method of acupuncture at the needle along the subcutaneous needle, can be applied either individually or jointly. It has been widely used in conventional acupuncture and microneedle system. By collecting previous literature and classifying statements, this paper summarized its abundant clinical application system, refined the dominant diseases,and explored its possible mechanism of action, in order to provide the corresponding reference for clinical acupuncture treatment of related diseases.
