摘要
从农业科研单位人力资源流失的现状入手,对人才流失的特征和原因进行分析和研究,提出农业科研单位人才流失的风险识别,有针对性的从管理制度、团队文化、岗位设置、人才信息管理和人才梯队建设等5个方面提出应对农业科研单位人才流失风险的管理对策。
In an increasingly competitive knowledge economy,how to reduce the brain drain of human resources in the agricultural research institutions is an important issue.From the loss of agricultural research institutions the status of human resources,analyzes the characteristics and causes of brain drain,brain drain agricultural scientific research made of risk identification,which targeted from the management system,team culture,job settings,human resources information management,and talent that proposed construction of five research units respond to the brain drain of agricultural risk management strategies.
