摘要
目的:建立测定橘红枇杷颗粒中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Nucltosil C18(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相为甲醇-冰醋酸-水(35∶4∶60),检测波长为283nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:柚皮苷进样量在0.6~1.4μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.36%,RSD=1.37%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确度高、重复性好,可用于测定橘红枇杷颗粒中柚皮苷的含量。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of naringin in Juhong pipa granules. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Nucltosil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid-water(35 ∶ 4 ∶ 60) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. RESULTS:It showed a good linear relation between naringin content and peak area at a range of 0.6~1.4 μg(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 97.36%(RSD=1.37%,n=6) .CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for the content determination of naringin in Juhong pipa granules.
