摘要
随着人力资源市场化步伐的加快,大学生就业竞争越发激烈,高校需要培养大学生核心竞争力。阐述了大学生核心竞争力的内涵,分析了国外提升大学生核心竞争力的举措及其对我国高校的启示,在此基础上,提出了提升我国大学生核心竞争力路径选择。
With the rapid development of human resource market,the employment competition among college graduates is getting more and more serious,which puts more emphasis on the cultivation of students＇ core competitiveness.The connotation of core competitiveness is interpreted.While enlightened by the success in foreign countries in promoting such competitive ability,ways to enhance Chinese students＇ ability in competition are suggested.
