小剂量雷公藤多甙治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨小剂量雷公藤多甙对糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效。方法:确诊2型糖尿病患者88例,结合临床症状,下肢彩色多普勒超声心动图等检查筛选,符合下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊断者。在良好控制血糖的基础上选治疗组42例,加雷公藤多甙每日15mg顿服,12个月为一个疗程。观察临床症状及体征改善情况。记录治疗前后糖化血红蛋白、C反应蛋白,股动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉内膜中层厚度、内经及其斑块数目、斑块积分、血流速度等指标进行分析。结果:雷公藤多甙治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症,在缓解临床症状,延缓管壁增厚、管腔狭窄的速度,减少血管内粥样斑块形成的同时能够降低患者糖化血红蛋白及C反应蛋白。疗效评定治疗组有效率为81%,而对照组为72.7%,两组比较p<0.05。结论:雷公藤多甙治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效理想,且有利于血糖控制,副作用小。
