摘要
雷公藤(tripterygium wilfordii Hook.F,TWHF)系卫矛科雷公藤属植物,主要产于中国云南、福建、安徽、河南等地,性寒凉,味苦辛,归肝、肾经,具有清热解毒,祛风除湿,活血通络止痛,杀虫解毒的功效,是宝贵的天然药物资源。雷公藤化学成分复杂,药理作用广泛,近年来备受关注,其研究无论在药理学还是临床应用方面都有很大的进展。本文搜集、整理、归纳了雷公藤在心血管领域的最新研究,分别阐述了其在冠脉支架术后再狭窄、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、动脉粥样硬化、心脏移植和高血压病中的应用,希望能发挥中医药的优势所在,为临床医师充分利用雷公藤提供思路和借鉴,最终使更多患者受益。
Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F. is Celastraceae, mainly distributed in Yunnan, Fujian, Anhui,and Henan province of China, which is cold in property and bitter in flavour, and belongs to the liver and kidney meridian.It has multiple pharmacological functionsincluding heat-clearing and detoxifying,eliminating wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals, relievingpain, killing parasites and relieving itch, and is a valuable natural drug resources in China.Tripterygium wilfordii has attracted much attention in recent years due to its complex chemical composition and extensive pharmacological effects.The research has made great progress in both pharmacology and clinical application.we collected, sorted out and summarized the latest research on the cardiovascular field of TWHF.In this paper,we described the application of TWHF in the restenosis after coronary stenting, myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, atherosclerosis, heart transplantation, and hypertension.Also, we hope clinicians cantake the advantage of the traditional Chinese medicine, making full use of Tripterygium to provide ideas and lessonsand, makeit benefit formore patients.
