摘要
以4,5-二甲基-3-腈基-2-呋喃胺与水杨醛为原料,合成了4,5-二甲基-3-腈基-2-呋喃胺水杨醛Schiff碱化合物,再与氯化镍反应得到一种新型的呋喃胺水杨醛Schiff碱镍(Ⅱ)配合物。通过IR、UV、元素分析及摩尔电导率等对目标化合物进行了表征,应用荧光光谱法研究了该配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)在不同温度下的相互作用。结果表明,该配合物能强烈猝灭BSA的内源荧光。
With 4,5-dimethyl-3-cyano-2-furan amine and salicylaldehyde as raw materials,4,5-dimethyl-3-cyano-2-furan amine salicylaldehyde Schiff base was synthesized,and then a new furan amine salicylaldehyde Schiff base′s Ni(Ⅱ) complex was synthesized by the reaction of the Schiff base and nickelous chloride.The object compound was characterized by IR,UV,elemental analysis and molar conductance.The interaction between the complex and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was investigated by fluorescence spectrometry at different temperatures.The experimental results showed that the complex could strongly quench the fluorescence of BSA.
