摘要
用Al2(SO4)3·18H2O与Na2CO3作原料,在适量表面活性剂辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP)的存在下,在室温下充分混合研磨得到反应混合物,洗去其中的可溶性无机盐后烘干,即可得到超细碱式碳酸钠铝。基于均匀设计、回归分析及最优计算,对碱式碳酸钠铝合成中得到的小型数据作数据挖掘,所获取的优化工艺条件为:Al2(SO4)3·18H2O取10mmol时的摩尔比n(Na2CO3)∶n〔Al2(SO4)3·18H2O〕=6∶1,表面活性剂用量40μL,研磨时间40min。在此条件下合成的产物粉末一次粒子的平均粒径约30nm,收率为95%。
The precursor mixture was obtained by grinding and mixing Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O and Na_2CO_3 with surfactant OP thoroughly at room temperature.Then soluble inorganic salts were removed by washing with water.After drying,the nanometer basic sodium and aluminum carbonate was obtained.Based on the uniform design and stepwise regression and optimization calculation,data mining was used to small database from synthesis of basic sodium and aluminum carbonate.The optimization parameters of the experiment were got by the data mining technique,i.e.,with 10 mmol Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O,n(Na_2CO_3)∶n〔Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O〕=6∶1,volume of surfactant OP=40 μL,and grinding time=40 min.Under such conditions,the average grain size of the basic sodium and aluminum carbonate powder was about 30 nm,and the yield was up to 95%.
