摘要
本文用ＭｏｎｔｅＣａｒｌｏ方法模拟固体反应中的成核过程，证实了成核理论中关于成核温弃及有关结论，估计了成核温度，得到了减核温度附近系统的构型分布的一些定量结果．
Abstract The procedure of nuclestion in the solid state reaction is discussed by the Monte Carlo (MC) method with the approximation of nearest neighbour interaction in simple cubic crystal lattice. It is shown that the nucleation temperature Tn estimated by AC calculation is comparable with that by lattice theory. The other relative conclusions and the d,efect configurations, near Tn, are obtained.
