摘要
合成姜黄素-铈二元配合物,并采用紫外-可见分光光度法考察其光谱性质及其抗氧化活性。结果发现,姜黄素-铈配合物的最大吸收波长比姜黄素红移40 nm左右,其抗氧化活性随浓度的增加而增强。说明通过合成姜黄素-铈二元配合物可改善姜黄素的抗氧化活性。
The curcumin-cerium coordination was synthesized and its related characteristics were studied by UV-visible spectrophotometry.At the same time,its antioxidation was investigated.The results showed that the curcumin-cerium coordination had specific wavelength of maximum absorption.The antioxidation of the curcumin-cerium coordination was increased with increasing its concentration.The wavelength of the coordination was redshifted 40 nm than the one of curcumin.Therefore it was improved in the antioxidation by the synthesis of curcumin-cerium coordination.
