摘要
现代研究表明,稀土盐及配合物具有很好的药理作用。稀土金属具有特殊的电子结构、成键特征以及高配位数,与具有药理活性的天然产物形成配合物后,能增强或拓展原配体的药理作用,同时稀土元素的毒性大大降低。大量的研究实验证明,稀土配合物的毒性比许多有机合成药物或过渡金属配合物的毒性低,通过口服或外用稀土配合物未发现其在体内积累。对稀土盐在抗菌、抗炎等方面及稀土配合物在抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、镇痛等方面的药理活性做一概述,为稀土的合理开发利用提供参考。
Modern research shows that rare earth salts and rare earth complexes have good pharmacological effects. Rare earth metals have special electronic structure, bonding characteristics and high ligands, and the formation of complexes with natural products with pharmacological activity can enhance or expand the pharmacological action of the original ligand, while the toxicity of rare earth elements is greatly reduced. A large number of studies and experiments showed that the toxicity of rare earth complexes is lower than that of many organic synthetic drugs or transition metal complexes.No accumulation of rare earth complexes in vivo was found by oral or external use. The pharmacological effects of rare earth salts on antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antiviral, analgesic and so on are summarized,which provides a reference for its reasonable development and utilization.
