摘要
虽然高校教学督导工作开展的时间不长,但加强高校内部的教学督导工作尤为必要。在教学督导工作中应体现方向性与民主性、科学性与法制性、发展性与创新性有机统一的和谐性原则,并注意在教学督导工作中处理好校级教学督导内部成员之间、学校教学督导团和学院教学督导组之间以及督教、督学、督管三者之间的关系。
Although the time of running the teaching supervisions is not long,it is particularly necessary to strengthen the internal teaching supervision in universities.The direction and democracy,science and legal,development and innovation are the harmony principles in the teaching supervision.Moreover,we should deal with relationship between internal members,between school and college,and among teaching,students and management in teaching supervision work.
