摘要
电子教学档案袋是借助于计算机网络和多媒体技术为每位教师建立的教学档案袋,近几十年来,在美国得到了迅速发展和普遍推广,有力地促进了美国教师专业化的发展。电子教学档案袋对我国教师专业化发展具有积极的借鉴意义,不仅具有实施的必要性,而且具有现实可行性,有助于为我国教师专业化发展提供一个崭新的平台和有效载体。
E-teaching portfolio （ETP） is the one that is established for each teacher by means of the computer network and multimedia technology. It has got rapid development and popularization in the United States,promoting the teachers＂ professional development effectively. The ETP is of positive reference for teacher professional development in China because of the implementation necessity as well as the practical feasibility,and it will be a new platform and an effective carrier for the teachers＂ professional development in China.
