摘要
城镇土地定级是城镇土地管理的基础性工作,本文以满洲里市商业用地土地定级为例,就G IS技术在城镇土地定级中的应用进行了探讨。着重论述了G IS环境下土地定级基础图件库、土地定级因子图形数据库和属性数据库的建立以及土地定级数据的处理分析过程。将G IS技术应用在城镇土地定级中,有利于提高城镇土地定级的科学性,提高工作效率,提高定级成果的精度和可信度。
The town -land grading is the fundamental work of the town -land management. This paper studies on the application of GIS on town - land grading, taking the Manzhouli city as an example. It emphasizes on how to deal with the main spatial datum and attribute database such as the creation of the fundamental graphic library , Land grading factor graph database and the attribute database. The GIS technology in Town - Land Grading help improve the scientific nature of town landgrading, improve efficiency, increase accuracy and reliability of grading results.
