摘要
应用云模型、特尔斐法、关联分析法研究了土地定级中各影响因素的合理赋权问题,提出了体现主客观信息的土地定级因素综合集成赋权方法,并依据武汉市土地定级指标体系和有关数据,对武汉市土地定级影响因素进行了权重挖掘。
Some shortcomings of traditional methods in figuring out the weights of land grading factors are analyzed, and a weight mining method based on cloud model, which integrates subjective information with objective information, is brought forth. The basic idea of applying cloud model, Delphi and correlation analysis to figure out the weights of land grading factors is also expatiated. Last, the residential land in Wuhan is taken as an example to mine the weights of land grading factors, and the feasibility of the application is analyzed.
