摘要
在土地集约利用是建设节约型社会的必然要求,而土地集约利用评价模型是开展评价的基础。通过综述土地集约利用评价中所运用的定量分析模型,针对土地集约利用评价模型存在的不足,提出了相应的改进建议:引入相对集约度和协调度,注重系统协调性和指标均衡性;"同质异量"确定指标合理值;运用GIS技术体现评价的动态性和空间性;借鉴土地分等定级的方法,使评价模型规范化。
Intensive land use has been an important necessity in building an economical society, and the quantitative analysis model is the foundation for the evaluation. This paper reviews the quantitative analysis models widely used in the evaluation of intensive land use, and proposes corresponding improvement ways, such as introducing relative intensity degree and harmony degree, using GIS technology to manifest the dynamic and the space of evaluation, and taking land gradation as a reference to standardize the models
