摘要
通过对我国城市土地定级方法的全面分析,本文构建了国有土地中城镇土地分等定级指标评价体系和相应的动态神经网络专家系统的模型,最后对于学习样本的案例情况进行了讨论。
In this paper, we analyze methods of urban land classification gradation and evaluation in China in an all-round way. In order to properly evaluate urban land, a new analysis index system is put forward. We also build a relative model of Ann expert system. In the end, how to select and use these cases is discussed.
