摘要
传统的土地定级因素权重确定方法主要有特尔斐测定法和因素成对比较法等,这些方法受主观性影响较大,结果往往具有不确定性.介绍了运用回归分析法确定土地定级因素权重的具体过程,为土地定级因素权重的确定提供了一种可靠有效的方法.
There are two kinds of traditional methods to ascertain the proportion of land rating element:telphi determination and comparative law of two opposite elements.But these methods are often influenced by subjective factors.This leads to the undefinite results.This essay is mainly about the concrete process to ascertain the proportion of land rating element by regressive analysis.It puts forward an effective and reliable method for the determination of land rating element proportion.
