摘要
目的探讨Bmi-1与C-myc蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织表达及其与临床病理特征关系,进一步评价二者在NSCLC发生、发展中作用及其之间相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测52例NSCLC及30例远癌正常肺组织Bmi-1和C-myc蛋白表达情况。结果肺癌组织Bmi-1和C-myc蛋白的阳性表达率分别为67.3%(35/52)、75.0%(39/52),均明显高于正常肺组织的13.3%(4/30)、6.7%(2/30),且阳性表达强度差异有显著性(Z=-4.837、-5.907,P<0.01);肺癌组织中Bmi-1及C-myc蛋白阳性表达均与癌组织的TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移有关(Z=-2.596^-2.056,P<0.05),而与病人的性别、年龄、组织类型等无关(Z=-1.775^-0.382,P>0.05);C-myc蛋白阳性表达还与癌组织的分化程度有关(Z=-2.056,P<0.05),而Bmi-1蛋白阳性表达与其无关。肺癌组织中二者表达呈显著正相关(r=0.463,P<0.01)。结论 Bmi-1与C-myc蛋白在NSCLC发生发展、浸润转移中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of Bmi-1 and C-myc in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),explore their relationship with the clinical pathology,and assess the effect of the two parameters on the occurrence and development of this lung malignancy.Methods Expressions of Bmi-1 and C-myc proteins were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 52 samples of NSCLC and 30 normal tissue samples that far away from cancer.Results The positive expression rates of Bmi-1 and C-myc in the cancer tissue were 67.3% and 75.0%,respectively,being significantly higher than that in the normal tissue of13.3% and 6.7%,respectively(Z=-4.837,-5.907;P0.01).The positive expressions of Bmi-1 and C-myc in NSCLC were closely correlated with the cancer TNM staging and lymph node metastasis(Z=-2.596——2.056,P0.05);but not correlated with the age,sex and type of the tissue(Z=-1.775——0.382,P0.05) Furthermore,the expression of C-myc was also correlated with the tissue differentiation(Z=-2.056,P0.05),and that of Bmi-1 was not correlated with differentiation of the tissue.The expressions of Bmi and C-myc were positively correlated(r=0.463,P0.01).Conclusion Bmi-1 and C-myc proteins play an important role in the pathogenesis,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
