摘要 目的探讨Bmi-1在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征关系,并研究其与p16表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测NSCLC癌组织及正常肺组织中Bmi-1和p16的表达情况。结果 NSCLC组织中Bmi-1阳性表达率明显高于正常肺组织;Bmi-1与肿瘤癌组织的TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移呈正相关。NSCLC组织中Bmi-1和p16表达呈负相关(r=-0.281,P<0.05)。结论 Bmi-1在NSCLC发生发展及转移中发挥着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Bmi-1 in non-small cell lung carci- noma(NSCLC) tissue, and evaluate its relationship with the expression of p16. Methods The quantities of Bmi-1 and p16 protein expression were detected by immunohistochemical assay in NSCLC and normal lung tissues. Results Immunohistoehemical studies showed that the positive rate of Bmi-1 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues, and the expression of Bmi-1 significantly associated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis. The expression of Bmi-1 was significant negatively associated with the expression of p16 in NSCLC tissues (r = - 0. 281, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion It has shown that Bmi-1 has important effect in the progression and metasta- sis of NSCLC.
